Information you choose to send us
- Enquiries — when you use our contact form we receive your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, we keep your email address to send you updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
We never sell or rent this information, and we do not share it with anyone except where needed to answer you or where the law requires it.
Anonymous visit statistics
To understand which pages are useful, we count visits in a privacy-first way:
- We record the page visited, the date and time, your approximate location (city, state, country), device type, browser, operating system and the website that sent you here.
- We do not store your IP address. It is used for a moment, on our own server, to look up the approximate city, and then discarded. The city lookup uses a database stored on our server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP); nothing is sent to other companies.
- No tracking cookies. A visitor is counted with a code that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you on another day or follow you across other websites.
- If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control, you are not counted at all.
- Visit details are deleted automatically after 90 days; only daily totals (for example “120 visitors on 5 November”) are kept.
Cookies
Our website sets one technical cookie (mdsid) that keeps forms secure and keeps administrators signed in. It is deleted when you close your browser and is not used for tracking or advertising.
Other services on this website
Some parts of the website are provided by other companies, which may receive your IP address when they load: fonts from Google Fonts, the map on our Contact page (Google Maps), and links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn when you click them. Their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, and to withdraw your consent. Write to contact@modigital.in — we will reply as soon as possible, and within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can also contact the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Your information is stored on secured servers in India and is only accessible to our team through a password-protected admin area.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
