Skyline Wears is a premium offline men’s clothing store based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Known for its high-quality formal, casual, and ethnic wear collections, Skyline Wears caters to style-conscious men seeking trendy and premium clothing options at affordable prices.

Objective:

The goal was to:

  • Increase in-store foot traffic.

  • Build a strong local brand presence.

  • Reach potential customers in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.

  • Increase monthly revenue to ₹3 lakh.

Challenges:

  • Heavy competition from both local stores and online marketplaces.

  • Limited online presence and brand awareness.

  • Dependency on walk-in customers without a structured marketing funnel.

  • Lack of customer engagement outside the store.

Solution by Mo Digital:

1. Local Targeted Advertising:

  • Ran hyper-local Facebook and Instagram Ads targeting men aged 18–45 in Bhubaneswar.

  • Promoted special collections (wedding season, festive wear, casual wear sales) with attractive visuals and offers.

  • Used lead generation ads offering discount coupons redeemable in-store to increase walk-ins.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Created and maintained a stylish Instagram and Facebook page showcasing:

    • Daily outfit posts (“Look of the Day”)

    • New arrivals, seasonal collections

    • Customer testimonials and in-store photos

    • Flash sales and festival offers

  • Used trending reels, styling tips, and influencer shout-outs to drive local engagement.

3. Google My Business Optimization:

  • Fully optimized their Google Business Profile with professional photos, updated address, working hours, and customer reviews.

  • Enabled easy discovery when users searched “men’s clothing near me” in Bhubaneswar.

4. Offer-Based Marketing Campaigns:

  • Launched limited-time offers like “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or “Flat 30% Off” through social ads and WhatsApp campaigns.

  • Used urgency-driven marketing to boost immediate store visits.

5. WhatsApp Marketing:

  • Built a customer database from leads and in-store visitors.

  • Sent regular updates about new collections, exclusive previews, and festive discounts via WhatsApp, maintaining direct engagement.

Results:

  • Instagram followers grew from 100 to over 4,000 in just three months.

  • Average monthly walk-ins increased from 100 to more than 450 customers.

  • Monthly revenue jumped from ₹20,000 to ₹3,00,000+.

  • Built a WhatsApp customer database of over 1,500 contacts for direct marketing.

  • Google reviews increased from 15 to over 110, improving the rating from 4.0 to 4.7 stars.
